About that job

Negma is looking to expand the front office team with a team coordinator based in Dubai. This position will help deal with the growth of our accelerated equity financing funds and is a dynamic role: the task and responsibility of candidates can fluctuate and grow when the company develops.

What will it consist of that role?

Help the front-office team with important tasks: Coordination of members-based members, managing team schedules, maintaining relationships with the main external partners, updating the CRM database
Regulate and prepare legal and administrative documents; Introduction Overview of certain legal and financial documentation
Preparing minutes of meetings, both internal and external
Contributing to everyday team activities and ensuring timely and efficient resolution results for all accounts.
Manage all archiving to ensure that information is easily accessible and the latest.
Manage document flow, related tracking, transmission
 

Desired skills and experiences

Relevant degrees and / or years of experience working in account management or for executive level C.
Advanced in customer relationship management software (CRM).
Experience with Microsoft Office: Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook.
The ability to work comfortably on several transactions together and manage several tasks simultaneously.
Organizational skills, communication, presentation and interpersonal are very good.
The ability to plan, regulate, and prioritize tasks and to meet critical and established deadlines.
The ability to manage several tasks simultaneously.

The preferred background profile

1-3 years of law firm, private equity, hedging funds, corporate finance, securities and / or investment banking experience as account managers, paralegals or executive assistants
