About his role

Sales associates are responsible for the generation of sales and provide positive customers

Experience, and for various operational tasks as assigned by the store management team (i.e.

Housekeeping tasks, visual presentation standards, etc.).

Key responsibility

Creating a sparkling clean and organized environment by maintaining standard and cleanliness of the store

Participate in and attend all shop meetings and other related functions

Represents a positive attitude towards merchandise, brand and company

Participate in all supplies

Assuming and completing other tasks as assigned by store management.

Fulfill or exceed weekly sales targets

Satisfying completing all tasks as assigned by management

On time and comply with the designated work schedule

Flexible and work well with peers and management to complete assignments

Following 100% M & S policies and procedures

Do housekeeping tasks as needed

Creating a positive first impression for customers through an energetic attitude and obeys the code dressed

Greet customers immediately after entering the store with a sincere smile and business like greetings

Give customers relevant information now

Providing quality services in the right room, following up with timely customers, maintaining cash cleanliness and efforts to increase sales about these products

Providing efficient services on cash wrappers, offering gift cards, maintaining cleanliness of cash wrapping and capturing customer information in the database

High school graduate

1-2 years of retail sales experience

Good verbal communication skills
