About the job
Job Role:
- Partners with Business to align HR strategy to business strategy.
- Lead the Performance Management and Talent Management process .
- Drive employee productivity, workforce planning and budgeting .
- Drive meritocracy through effective performance management and reward decisions.
- Drive talent vitality through learning & development , career and succession planning.
- Work closely with line managers to improve work environment and employee engagement.
- Provide day-to-day guidance to employees and line managers (e.g., coaching, counseling, HR policies, disciplinary actions).
Job Requirements:
- MBA from a Premier B school with a specialization in HR, with 4-6 years of HR Business Partnering experience.
- Strong Influencing skills and stakeholder management
- Strong analytical and problem solving ability.
- Adept at excel and data analysis
- Ability to manage ambiguity and multiple priorities at the same time
- Strong at execution excellence and a closer / finisher
